Turkey Meatballs Baked

These baked meatballs are super moist and if you use ground turkey that is lean it will still give you the most flavorful meatballs.

Yield: 28 meatballs

Cooking Time: 60 minutes

List of Ingredients:

Ground turkey: 1¼ pounds

Breadcrumbs: 1 cup

Egg: 1

Dried parsley: 2 tsp.

Thyme: ¼ tsp.

Paprika: ¾ tsp.

Salt: ½ tsp.

Black pepper: ⅛ tsp.

Onion, diced: 1

Evaporated milk: 12 ounces

Mushroom soup cream: 11 ounces

Methods:

1. Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, evaporated milk, parsley, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and onion. Mix them with hands. Make one inch balls out of them.

2. Put meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Heat at 350°F in an oven for ten-fifteen minutes.

3. When the meatballs are brown take them out in a dish. Mix evaporated milk and mushroom soup cream. Douse the meatballs with sauce.

4. Cover the dish using tin foil and heat at 350°F for half an hour.

5. You can serve the meatballs with lots of sauce. You can serve it with pasta, boiled potatoes or cooked rice. Sprinkle a bit of parsley on top. Serve!
